The Brasov Forum speaker sessions have been designed to facilitate collaboration to solve complex challenges, engage with thought leaders, and participate in future works of Trustworthy AI across 3 days.

Session Format

Keynote

The Keynote Session is the highlight of the Brasov Forum, featuring distinguished speakers who are pioneers in the field of AI. This session sets the tone for the entire event, offering visionary insights and inspiring the audience with forward-thinking ideas. All speakers will have a proven track record of AI innovation.

Symposium

The Symposium Session is a traditional presentation-style session where expert presenters share their latest work, ideas, and research. Designed to showcase original, innovative, or notable work in AI engineering, adoption, legal and regulatory issues, ethics, and similar topics to stimulate attendee thinking around Trustworthy AI by exposing them to new ideas.

Topic Town Hall

The Topic Town Hall session is similar to a Symposium Session but focuses on open discussion rather than presentation. These sessions may involve a single facilitator guiding the discussion on a particular topic or a panel of experts discussing various topics. The goal is to engage attendees in meaningful dialogue and explore diverse perspectives.

Open Working Session

The Open Working Session aims to present a challenge in AI engineering, adoption, legal and regulatory issues, ethics, or similar areas. Attendees collaboratively discuss, ideate, and design solutions in a 2.5 to 4 hour session. These can feature roundtable discussions, whiteboarding, and design thinking, allowing for deep collaboration with diverse experts.

How to Submit Your Proposal

If you are interested in leading a session at the Brasov Forum, please submit your proposal including the following:

  • Session type and title.

  • Name, expertise, and experience.

  • Detailed session description and objectives.

  • Proposed agenda and session length.

  • Desired outcomes and any content artifacts to be produced.
